Shipping policy

We carefully hand-pack all orders from our base in Hailsham, East Sussex, UK, and aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 working days of purchase.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Ireland.

Shipping Methods

Orders are sent via Royal Mail using one of the following services:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 (typically delivered within 1–2 working days after dispatch)

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch)

Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, product launches, holidays or seasonal events, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking information where applicable.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide only. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the issue.
